    * Have perfect meal: Do not skip meal. Eat at least 4 times a day. Skipping of meal can be very harmful for your body. So, be careful about your meal.

    * Keep your determination strong: Strong determination is very important for every work. If you don’t have strong determination then it is very bad for you.
